I have had non-traditional college education; having spent time both out of school working and struggling with a chronic illness that was at times debilitating. Fortunately, after eight years, I am finally (no “Kenahoras” *poohpooh – as my grandmother would say) healing! My birthday is March 13th, I’m a pisces, and a documentary addict. I would eventually like to do political comedy, i.e. Late Show; and feel as though my broadcast journalism/documentary production major suits this. I’m a women’s studies minor as I have always been a stark feminist, but even more so after I was assaulted and had to pursue a Title IX claim against the previous institution I went to. Learning how sexist even female detectives were changed me.
